Experience luxury and serenity at our stunning gulf front home in the Plantation on St. George Island, FL. This newly constructed 6 bedroom cottage offers elegance and comfort, with 4 king bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from the family, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight. Outside, a spacious beachfront grilling/picnic/pool area awaits. Explore the island with provided bicycles. Create lifelong memories in this extraordinary retreat. Ample parking is provided under the home and in the driveway. Also on this level is a grilling area, cushioned seating, a large outdoor dining space, and a hot tub. The pool is situated beside the home, with the beach just beyond it. Upon entering the home, you can take the stairs or the elevator to the middle level, which includes five bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms have king-size beds, two of which are oceanfront, all with en suite baths. The remaining two bedrooms are mirror images of each other, each offering full-size bunk beds, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a desk. Located just outside the bunk rooms are two additional full baths. This level also includes a washer and two dryers, a bar-height table, and a beverage fridge. On the top level, you’ll find a wall of windows providing breathtaking panoramic gulf views from the family room, dining room, kitchen, and primary bedroom. Whole house We are available to answer questions through the app, text or phone. The home is in the Plantation on the west end of the island. There is two community pools, tennis, pickle ball and a fitness center, along with miles of walking and biking trails. In the summer we have a 7 night minimum with check in/out being allowed on Sundays. For the rest of the year we generally have a 4 night minimum, and occasionally have a 3 night minimum, with check in/out being allowed on any day. In the winter from December 1st, through March 6th (excluding holidays) we offer 20% off for week long stays, and 50% off for month long stays.
